The council had a conversation with School District Superintendent Gordon Woolley regarding the school district’s request that the city waive sewer hook-up fees for the planned new middle school.

This request for a zone change from ADR-0.5, Half Acre Average Density Residential to R-1 (approximately 8 units per acre) for 6 acres in the Aspen Meadows subdivision was remanded back to the P&Z by the city council.
