VARD Newspaper Ad on the PUD - August 2007

This is an ad that VARD ran last summer pointing out problems with the current PUD ordinance. At that time the county the had hired a planning consulting firm, Clarion Associates, to review and make recommendations for how to improve the PUD ordinance. Clarion Associates has worked in conjunction with a PUD working group comprised of county decision makers as well as a variety of local stakeholders including VARD, real estate, development, farming, Teton Valley Alliance and natural resource representatives. The current revised draft of the PUD ordinance represents over 7 months of work by a diverse group of people. Let's support our decision makers in adopting the revised PUD ordinance.
